Just wanted to say thanks for the quick turnaround on the job this morning. The excellent level of service I have received over the years is the reason I have never felt the need to go out for competitive pricing.

It might be of interest to know that the service call to you this morning was our first ever “Green” service call.
When I received your email we had no vehicle to attend the site, Marc and his “can do” attitude immediately said he could do the call.
He loaded up his backpack with the part and some tools and jumped onto his mountain bike and peddled to VCC. (picture attached)
Thus we will not be charging you a truck charge for this service call and with downtown traffic the way it is the travel time is the same!
