You are most welcome and thank you for your business over the past years.

It might be of interest to know that the service call to you this morning was our first ever “Green” service call.

When I received your email we had no vehicle to attend the site, Marc and his “can do” attitude immediately said he could do the call.

He loaded up his backpack with the part and some tools and jumped onto his mountain bike and peddled to VCC. (picture attached)

Thus we will not be charging you a truck charge for this service call and with downtown traffic the way it is the travel time is the same!

This special invitation only event was extended to BC’s leading architects, planners and engineers to come down and talk shop about how to better serve the unique design and engineering requirements of the food service industry.
